I purchased the Azure upgrade kit. My donor gramophone Rega P 2, 2016 tonearm RB 220. After consulting with a respected Stuart, I bought an additional set of insulating parts and Deluxe Acrylic Platter with other pleasures!
before this acquisition, I faced a choice: buying an electricphone at a price 3 times more expensive than my original desk or replacing a tonearm with a RB330 and installing a ms phono cartridge. and then I took a chance ... I got a turntable sound at least 5 times the original sound. Of course, this is conditionally my opinion on this lineup and I do not want to fill it, I just want to tell you my experience and be born! This is true. this is my way out. my friend (again IMHO) having a deeply pumped vintage, with a tonearm worth in a car, admitted that he thought it was playing, something very serious! Yes friends. This is true. THANKS SRM!

I did tune my old P3 to the max and as next step was about to change my first series Grado Statement Platinum due to lack of not crispy highs. Well, after Azure update + all possible SRM.Tech dampening there is no need for any change now. The already existing defined and detailed bass and mids are even tighter now. Highs are crystal clear without loosing on musicality which I really appreciate about Grado. It's all about vibration control ;-)
