The Azure kit was shipped quickly and was well packed. Stuart responding to email questions quickly and was a pleasure to deal with.

The quality of the acrylic is unbelievable, no ripples, distortions or mis-aliments in machining and was crystal clear. The hardware is outstanding as well ... the alloy cone feet come with platforms to prevent damage to wood surfaces and everything fits perfectly. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow.

The donor turntable was a Rega Planar 3 from the 80's with a modded RB300 tonearm and Goldring E3 cart.

I purchased a new 24v upgrade motor w/brass thrust bearing for the build and used my existing Neo PSU, alloy sub-platter with a derlin platter original main bearing and tonearm. Everything fit perfectly and assembly took about an hour.

As for how all this sounds together with the Azure ... compared to the stock plinth with all the mods I had already done the soundstage is now massive, bass is very solid, mids are "right there", treble is clear but not harsh. Cosmetically the kit is as beautiful as it sounds!
