You can go cheaper but for a Turntable Motor Thrust Bearing but this is probably the best.

I finally got rid of this annoying motor noise on my RP3. This motor thrust bearing works great . If you have a motor noise on your Rega look no further.

Works as advertised. Removes motor noise, and improves sound quality on Rega RP3.
